Designed and built to meet A3 critical collapse, this four-storey property contains a steel frame designed to withstand the high winds prevailing in this coastal town. This clever structural design also ensured rapid site construction.  The steel frame was built off large pad foundatiosn with wide slab concrete floors, whilst the top floor was designed as a timber frame.
