Large Extension

A large rear extension to this property doubled its size and enabled the owners to have a new kitchen and large lounge on the ground floor and a beautiful terrace on the first floor, with far reaching views of the Ouse Valley. The first floor construction adopted was a steel and concrete deck so that the hand railing could be fixed through the system, and be cut to suite the shape of the building. On the ground floor the vaulted kitchen area required some cranked steel beams.
